Return Policy


At this time we are no longer accepting plant returns. All plants are final sale items. This includes plants in nursery pots, plants potted in any other container, and air plants. We do, however, guarantee the health of our plants for five (3) business days after your order has been received/picked up.

Instore pick up: Please inspect your purchase before leaving our store. Refunds and/or exchanged will only be granted if the plant is returned to the store within 3 business days of purchase.

Shipped items:

If your plant is exhibiting signs of disease or pests, please email photos along with a description of the issue and your order details (including your order/receipt number) to [email protected] and we will process a refund in the form of store credit.

Other than plants, what items are eligible for return?

Most of our general merchandise is eligible for return. "General Merchandise" is defined as non-plant items. We accept general merchandise returns within fifteen (15) days of purchase (Purchase Date) and will issue a refund to your original payment method. Only cash sales qualify for cash refunds. If you've purchased general merchandise through our online shop and would like to initiate a return, email [email protected] and you will receive return procedures soon thereafter. If you've purchased general merchandise from our brick and mortar shop, an eligible e-receipt and unused merchandise must be presented to a Parks Place Plants Shop Associate in order to process a return.

Please note the following exceptions to our general merchandise return policy:

  • Clearance merchandise is not eligible for return and will be marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items are indicated in store, online (for applicable items), and on our receipts.
  • Merchandise with signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted for return. Tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • Some of our artist created product are not eligible for return. 

Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps:

  1. Search for your e-receipt that was sent to either your email inbox or phone at the time of purchase, and ensure your purchase qualifies for our fifteen (15) day general merchandise return policy: 
  2. For In-Store Purchases: Present the unused item(s) and e-receipt to one of our Shop Associates during business hours. 
  3. For Online Purchases: Email [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return. 

Additional Information

Refunds are powered by LightSpeed and will be credited to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take up to seven (7) business days to complete and post to your statement.
